8:00AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday.
9:00AM to 5:00PM Saturday.
2) We are located at 195 Bayshore Blvd between Cesar Chavez and Oakdale in San Francisco.
3) We accept Cash, Check, Visa or Master card.
4) Products must be returned within 7 days either for exchange or store credit. No Refund and No Return on:
Any special order
Any pre-hang door
Any used products
Any open boxes of flooring
*A 20% restocking fee on all other returns
*A $25 fee for returned checks.
5) No, we do not offer any contractors discount: however, customer and contractors can earn discounts through Caldwell's club Card Program. For details, please contact us or come to the store.
6) Yes, we do deliver. Depending the location, delivery fee will vary.
7) No, we do not manufacture door at Caldwells. We provide various door services -
- Cut door to size
- Prep for hinges
- Bore for lock
- Interior / Exterior pre-hung
8) No, we do not cut any materials that customers bring in or purchased from somewhere else.
