Rob Caldwell – President
Mr. Caldwell’s background in construction and real estate development prepared him to take the reins from Bob Caldwell, his father, who founded the company in 1964. Prior to Caldwells Doors and Mouldings, Mr. Caldwell owned construction and real estate development companies in Southern and Northern California including the original development of the Calistoga Ranch Resort. Under Mr. Caldwell’s guidance, the company was transformed from deconstruction to selling closeout building materials to becoming San Francisco’s Door Company.

Leonid Krashanoff – General Manager
Mr. Krashanoff financed his college education working in construction before embarking on a 20 year career in the high-tech industry. In 2008, Mr. Krashanoff left the high-tech industry and joined Caldwells as General Manager. With a background in marketing and sales, Mr. Krashanoff worked with Mr. Caldwell to help transform Caldwells into the market leader it is today. Caldwells continues to be on the forefront of the door industry providing traditional as well as contemporary doors that represent a growing segment of the industry.

Gene Greeve – Door Shop Manager
Mr. Greeve has over 29 years of experience in the door industry. He has prepared doors for clients from Saratoga to Tiburon and from the coast to the Napa Valley. Mr. Greeve’s expertise in woodworking allows Caldwells to offer custom solutions for difficult situations.
